WHO WE SERVE

Care shaped around the life you actually live

Military

We are honored to serve service members, dependents, and veterans navigating the challenges of military life, transition, or trauma. Our team understands the culture and complexity of military service and offers respectful, mission-focused care.

First Responders

We provide confidential, responsive care for law enforcement, firefighters, EMS, dispatchers, and other front-line professionals. We understand the toll of high-stress roles and offer support for trauma, burnout, and resilience.

Everyone

We welcome adults from all walks of life seeking support, insight, or healing. Whether you're facing anxiety, life transitions, or personal growth goals, we're here to help you move forward in a safe, supportive environment.

HOW WE HELP

Straightforward therapy, without the red tape

We provide individual therapy for adults, adolescences/teens, marriages/couples, and families, with providers who understand military service, first responder life, and everything in between.

Individual Therapy

We provide individual therapy for adults who want practical support, meaningful change, and a space to work through what is getting in the way. Common concerns include anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma, as well as many other challenges that can affect quality of life.

EMDR Therapy

We offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a structured, evidence-based therapy that supports the processing of distressing experiences. EMDR can reduce the intensity of triggers and help clients feel more grounded and present, especially when past events continue to impact life today.

In-Person & Telehealth

Scheduling is flexible and varies by clinician, so care can continue around demanding schedules, deployments, and shift work.

Insurance & Billing

At General Wellness Collaborative, we believe getting help shouldn’t be complicated. We accept insurance to reduce barriers to care, and we’ll gladly walk you through benefits, co-pays, and deductibles so you know what to expect before your first session.
